Atlassian Cylinder Heads are manufactured using high-strength alloy cast iron or engineered aluminum (depending on engine application) through precision-controlled casting processes to ensure structural integrity, heat resistance, and dimensional stability under heavy combustion conditions. As a critical component of the engine’s combustion and breathing system, the cylinder head plays a vital role in maintaining compression, dissipating heat, and supporting stable valve operation.

Coolant and oil passages are carefully engineered and CNC-machined to ensure optimal fluid circulation and prevent hot spots. Valve seats, guide bores, and gasket mating surfaces are precision-machined with strict flatness and alignment control to guarantee proper sealing and uniform stress distribution.

Each unit undergoes pressure testing, crack inspection, hardness verification, dimensional control, and sealing checks to ensure reliable performance under thermal shock and continuous combustion pressure.
